Automation

Automation covers work that continues after the user stops interacting with the workspace: alert evaluation, delivery workflows, notifications, and scheduled agent prompts.

Area Role
Alerts Realtime price, indicator, and compound condition triggers.
Notifications In-app, push, email, webhook, Telegram, and manifest-backed Slack delivery surfaces.
Scheduled tasks One-time or recurring agent prompts with durable occurrence history.
Alert-driven research Optional agent work spawned from alert events.

Automation should rely on durable state and idempotent execution rather than browser timers. Browser UI can manage automation, but backend services own evaluation, dispatch, and delivery history.
