Workspace

The workspace is the main Longsurf product surface. It is where users inspect markets, arrange dashboards, compare instruments, manage watchlists, run indicators, and keep auxiliary surfaces close to the chart.

What Belongs Here

Area	Scope
Charts	Navigation, series, overlays, indicators, drawings, annotations, chart capture, and presentation state.
Dashboards	Saved layouts, chart grids, chart links, thumbnails, and workspace hydration.
Widgets	Auxiliary surfaces such as watchlist, heatmap, alerts, indicators, and future news panels.
Watchlists	User and agent editable universes with live prices, attributes, semantic columns, and refresh provenance.
