News
News is both a user-facing information surface and an agent evidence source. Longsurf ingests source-observed news candidates, deduplicates and enriches articles, projects search state, and exposes retrieved documents to feeds and agent workflows.
Product Surfaces
Section titled “Product Surfaces”- Feed columns for topic, listing, entity, or query-driven views.
- Document search for agent retrieval and user-facing research.
- News context for Explain, Deep Dive, alerts, screenings, and event studies.
- Future workspace news widgets.
Boundary
Section titled “Boundary”Article source facts, deduplication, embeddings, and search projections belong to the news pipeline. Feed columns store user configuration, not the canonical article corpus.
